Disability Snowsport UK & COVID protection

DSUK is delighted to welcome skiers and snowboarders back to indoor and outdoor slopes across the UK. We are committed to a safe comfortable environment for delivery of our lessons for skiers and snowboarders, their families, and their carers.

Our commitment:

- Enhanced cleaning is taking place before and after the use of all equipment.

- All instructors will be happy to wear a face covering if you would prefer. Please feel free to ask. Face shields are available for instructors where this will help you communicate, and it would be helpful if you would tell us when you book your lesson so we can ensure face shields are available on site.

- We are continuously reviewing our risk assessments at each site to keep you safe.

- Instructors will not attend lessons when they are showing any symptoms and will take a lateral flow test to ensure they can provide lessons safely.

What we ask of you:
Please do not attend your lesson if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 and contact the bookings team to rearrange your booking.

If you would prefer to wear a face covering, a buff or neck tube can be a comfortable solution. Instructors and participants are often in close proximity, particularly for sit skiing.

Disability Snowsport UK follow the guidelines set by our host venues.

Please note: that if you visit a Scottish Snowsport Centre from outside Scotland, rules about wearing face coverings still apply in Scotland.
