Total cost of your holiday will be upfront in full unless a payment plan has been agreed otherwise.

Why does my holiday cost more than for a carer or family member travelling with me ?

The Ski/Snowboard holiday cost includes the cost of instructors for you, these are comparable with the price of a local in-resort ski school. Family member and carer prices do not include lessons, which can be booked locally.

Can I choose to ski in the morning or afternoon?

We will always try to accommodate people's wishes to ski when they want but this is not always possible due to equipment requirements. Please discuss with the lead instructor at the first meeting on arrival.

Can I choose my instructor?

We will always try to accommodate wishes but instructors sometimes need to change to other lessons due to the physical nature of the job. Please discuss with the lead instructor at the first meeting on arrival. If you wish to ski/snowboard with the instructor you usually have lessons within the UK, we cannot guarantee this for our Holidays.
