Mark is DSUK’s CEO and reports to the board of Trustees. He has overall responsibility for our exciting charity. Mark calls us the A team

Responsible for increasing access to snowsport locally, Rachel loves skiing, snow, DSUK and her family... fuelled by redbull and a desire for anyone to access the ski slopes

Keira loves money and talking, so it's a good thing that she is responsible for  fundraising and communications! Other passions include creativity, country music, cowboy boots and coffee!

Overseeing DSUK's finance and HR functions, Catherine is a keen runner and cyclist. Catherine works from the Aviemore office where the variable weather doesn't stop her running every lunch time!

DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS

Our Development Officers are responsible for increasing access to adaptive snowsports. They do this by recruiting and supporting volunteers, supporting and delivering fundraising events, and submitting applications to Trusts and Foundations.

Cesca discovered Apres ski long before discovering the joy of skiing. We’re not sure which one challenges her balance the most! Cesca loves meeting new people and building relationships and so this is the perfect role for her.

Activities and membership team

Our Activities and Membership Team develop and support the delivery of all of our DSUK activities. They listen to our skiers and members and make sure that we're delivering exciting activities suitable for everybody.

Responsible for all things activities and membership, Bis works from the Aviemore office and can never finish a cup of tea. In her spare time, she loves adventuring by foot, bike, canoe or skis with her dog Liath or her Girl Guides.

Josef is a bit mad about snowsports. When not in the office he'll be found on a slope (snowy or dry) teaching, coaching... you name it he does it - generally accompanied by a cheesy soundtrack

James is the Snowsports School Manager for DSUK Hemel & DSUK Sandown.  James’s passions include Snowsports, Cycling/Mountain Biking and Hiking. James believes in the power of Snowsports to transform and improve people’s lives.

Peter is the Snowsports School Manager for DSUK Tamworth. From DESK to DSUK. After 30 years at a desk, Peter is now proudly all things adaptive snowsport and has been part of team DSUK since 2010.  He says you can count the grey hairs to prove it!
