Role: Snowsport Schools Administrator
Location: Hybrid - Glenmore Lodge office and remote work.

Hours: Four days per week with potential for flexibility in working hours
Salary: £20,319 Pro Rata (£16,255)
Term:  Permanent

Working from our Glenmore Lodge office at least two days a week, this is a flexible and friendly role for someone who is highly organised and good with people. A love of snowsport or knowledge of disabilities would be an advantage.

You don’t need to be a skier or snowboarder to apply or to enjoy the role, and we particularly welcome people who are committed to ensuring that disabled children and adults are included in every aspect of life. If you are a skier or snowboarder, there are opportunities to get involved in activities too and see the impact of your work on the lives of people across the UK. It is a varied an interesting job.

We are committed to flexible and inclusive working practices, and the role is can be fully office based, or a mix of office and home based. A working pattern will be agreed to suit your needs and that of the charity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Ski School lesson bookings.
* Handle enquiries via phone and email.
* Maintain client information and assist with administrative tasks.
* Support the Finance & Support Services Manager to process payments.
* Collaborate with a friendly and dedicated team.

Essential Requirements:
* IT proficiency and experience with booking systems or databases.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work independently and in a team.
