Role: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Flexible. Can be a balance between home-working and working from office locations, with routine travel to other UK locations and occasional travel abroad, once travel restrictions are lifted.
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £50k-£55k, depending on experience

Finance and Support Services Manager
(immediate start)

Role: Finance and Support Services Manager
Location: Flexible. The aim is to move to a blended model of working that combines home-working and hub-working.
Hours: Full-time with potential for flexibility in working hours
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 dependent on experience
Term:  3 months initially with the potential for further extension, or to become a permanent role

We are seeking a skilled Finance and Support Services Manager who has demonstrable experience of financial, compliance and people management. Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Senior Management Team, they will play an active role in forward planning and decision making within the organisation; and contribute to the development and review of the Charity’s strategic plan and financial strategy. They will be responsible for the effective management of the financial operations of the charity and ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and controls.  

The successful candidate will be AAT qualified or ACA / ACCA / CIMA part qualified with a minimum three years experience of working in a Financial Management role with responsibility for production of budgets, management reports and financial control. You will be proficient in SAGE and Excel; have proven planning and organisational skills, along with excellent attention to detail. An understanding of the Third Sector financial landscape and a working knowledge of OSCR requirements although not essential, is highly desirable.
