On the day of your lesson:
  • Please arrive 30 minutes prior to a lesson to allow time to park and to get ready
  • There are changing cubicles, but no dedicated accessible changing room. There is an accessible toilet with a radar lock
  • Lockers take a £1.00 coin, as a returnable deposit
  • For DSUK lessons you do not need to check in with Chill Factore, come past the reception desk and follow signs down to the equipment rental area
  • There are separate desks to get clothing and skis/boots/snowboards
  • Clothing hire is free of charge to DSUK clients – just ask at the counter
  • If you need skis/snowboard/boots, go to the equipment rental area, say you have a lesson with DSUK and ask for the kit you need.
  • Helmets are needed for all lessons and can be found in the rental area
  • You will need your own waterproof gloves/mitts
  • When you are all kitted out, please wait at the benches where Chill Factore & DSUK lessons meet their instructor (these are numbered 1-8 – number 8 is the most convenient for us, but don’t worry if it’s already taken, we’ll find each other
  • And most importantly – enjoy your lesson!
